These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeCoach mobile and web applications and related services (the "Service") provided by Redwood Digital LLC ("MeCoach", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You may use MeCoach anonymously for an initial coaching session, or create an account by providing an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at matthew@redwooddigitalfrederick.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
MeCoach offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. Current pricing is shown in-app at the point of purchase and may include the following plans:
Prices may change. Any change in price will be communicated and will not take effect until your next renewal after the change.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. Apple users can request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play users can request refunds through Google Play. Where required by law, additional cancellation and refund rights may apply.

MeCoach uses AI models to generate coaching conversations, summaries, suggestions, and similar content. The Service is intended for personal growth and reflection. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Do not rely on MeCoach for emergencies. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
You retain ownership of the messages, goals, notes, voice recordings, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant MeCoach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and use Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including processing through AI, transcription, text-to-speech, and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes that affect their subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeCoach and Redwood Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeCoach and Redwood Digital LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued provision could harm us, other users, or the Service. Sections 7 through 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Frederick County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
