MeCoach users can delete their account and associated data from inside the mobile app or by contacting support. This page is the public account and data deletion request page for MeCoach.
Deleting your account removes the account itself plus all stored data in one step. If you only want to clear your coaching data while keeping your account and sign-in, choose Delete All Data on the same screen instead.
If you cannot access the app, email matthew@redwooddigitalfrederick.com from the email address on your MeCoach account. Use the subject line Delete my MeCoach account.
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes. Support emails and ticket records may remain in support systems for a limited operational period unless deletion is legally required and technically available. Retained records are not used to provide active coaching after your account is deleted.
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed after we verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security review.
