Delete Your MeCoach Account and Data

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

MeCoach users can delete their account and associated data from inside the mobile app or by contacting support. This page is the public account and data deletion request page for MeCoach.

Delete from the app

1. Open the MeCoach mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Data & Privacy.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE when prompted and confirm the deletion.

Deleting your account removes the account itself plus all stored data in one step. If you only want to clear your coaching data while keeping your account and sign-in, choose Delete All Data on the same screen instead.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email matthew@redwooddigitalfrederick.com from the email address on your MeCoach account. Use the subject line Delete my MeCoach account.

What is deleted

• Your MeCoach account record and authentication access.
• Coaching sessions, messages, transcripts, summaries, goals, actions, notes, journal entries, rituals, wisdom entries, and coach memory records.
• Backup/restore records and app data associated with your account.
• Organization membership records associated with your user account, where applicable.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes. Support emails and ticket records may remain in support systems for a limited operational period unless deletion is legally required and technically available. Retained records are not used to provide active coaching after your account is deleted.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed after we verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security review.
